Text was inserted into the areas where white type appears. The spacer image on the left side of the page was aligned to the left and the one on the right was right aligned in the table. I have used a green background in the cell to indicate them. |

You could also use color images as well if they were sized correctly. I feel this turned out quite well with the page background I used. |
